Focus

[ WHAT I DO ]

Mostly building and improving software that needs clarity, structure, and thoughtful execution — across backend, machine learning, and full-stack.

  1. 001

    Backend Engineering

Reliable, scalable services from idea to production — REST APIs, normalized schemas, auth and transactional consistency. Spring Boot, FastAPI, PostgreSQL.

  2. 002

    AI / ML Systems

Reproducible pipelines and applied ML — ETL, training & evaluation, and LLM-powered features. PyTorch, scikit-learn, Gemini & Claude.

  3. 003

    Full-Stack Development

Clean, responsive interfaces wired to real backends — React, WebSockets, and real-time features that feel fast and consistent across devices.

  4. 004

    Architecture & Process

Structuring codebases and Git workflows that grow without becoming fragile — branching strategy, PR review, making future changes easier, not harder.

About

Kyaw Thi (Eric) Ha KTH
-- { "HELLO WORLD" }

I'm Kyaw Thi (Eric) Ha

I enjoy simplifying complex ideas and turning them into tools people can actually use.

A Computer Science + Math student at UC Davis and an AI/ML Fellow at Break Through Tech (Cornell Tech), selected from 4,500+ applicants. As Tech Lead for the ML Student Network I architect pipelines, review PRs, and keep main always-deployable.

Beyond computer science, I enjoy playing chess and reading literature and poetry. I'm also the founder of the Burmese Students' Society at CCSF. And yes — I code, and sometimes I write poetry.

Experience

Selected into a highly competitive AI program from 4,500+ applicants; completed project-driven training through a Cornell Tech certification.

AI/ML FellowBreak Through Tech · Cornell Tech

Defined pipeline architecture and milestones for a 4-person ML team, reviewed 20+ PRs, and kept a stable, always-deployable main branch.

Tech Lead & Software EngineerML Student Network · UC Davis

Tutored 10+ students a week in Python & Java, breaking complex CS concepts into repeatable logic frameworks to cut debug time.
